Dr Ernest Horatio Rigby in his 1903 De Dion Bouton, number plate P31 (the 31st car registered in the Perth Roads Board) in the latter half of 1907. He is outside Rockton, 2 Coghlan Road, Subiaco (now demolished), where he established a practice after moving from Nannine in May 1907.
